Concorde comes to Gilmerton House, Scotland

Concorde will be arriving at the Museum Of Flight on East Fortune airfield (2 minutes from Gilmerton House) in July of this year. This fantastic plane will be housed permanently there for public viewing. Gilmerton House offers you the chance to visit the world's first and only supersonic passenger jet in a luxurious and relaxed manner.

Gilmerton House has struck a deal with the curators of the museum so that private parties will be able to make exclusive visits to the museum, including Concorde itself.

Gilmeron house is situated next door to the museum, a two minute car ride (or 10 minute walk) away. You won't get any closer to the plane, and certainly not in as much style and comfort as Gilmerton House provides! This gives you a fine opportunity to visit the plane to bring back memories of fast atlantic trips, or to see the plane up close for the first time.
